Space Utilisation
The space utilisation analysis demonstrates how the college utilises their current accommodation and which spaces are under or over utilised. This information is essential in assessing whether the existing accommodation is fit for purpose in respect of individual space types and is therefore useful when determining the theoretical space requirements.
