What size frame rooms are required?
What security features are required for ICT equipment?
Key Considerations:
Raised floor (150mm)
A/C required to room (integrated service beams)
Shading to windows - blinds
Door to room to have vision panel
Vision panel in door to be laminated glass
If windows to room can be accessed from outside, these should have laminated glass
Door to be fitted with shunt locks
Carpet tiles to floor
Desks may be flip top - check with Client
Whiteboard may have integral projector. If not, projector will have to be hung from ceiling some 2.7m from whiteboard (bracket required).
Allow for timber patress in wall to fix whiteboard
Wall trunking on side walls of room will be at a higher level than that on whiteboard wall; need to consider transition
