How many seats/people should the theatre accommodate?
Will facilities be open to the public requiring a licence?

Key Considerations:
Is there an opportunity for shared facilities with other curricula areas?
Practise rooms: Acoustics, air conditioning, height of ceiling services
Performance areas: Fixed seating/retractable seating; traditional arrangement or in the round; audio visual, blackout curtains, air conditioning, multipurpose rehearsal rooms - acoustics, Floor type: spring or cushion
Change/shower facilities
Equipment storage
Lighting requirements (will lighting engineering be part of the curriculum?)
Sound requirements (will sound engineering be part of the curriculum?)
