Detailed Application

Projects with an estimated value of less than £10million are not considered at the AIP stage. A detailed application must be developed in the design stage to beyond RIBA Stage D and should include the following:

• A fully completed project brief
• Detailed proposal showing special arrangements, material and appearance, as well as a cost estimate
• Evidence of full planning permission
• A breakdown of tendered and other relevant costs
