Feasibility Design Process

The key objective of the Feasibility Design is to test the viability of the preferred option identified in the Property Strategy.

The design work undertaken during this stage is broadly equivalent to the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Work Stages A & B.

The design work undertaken during this stage will address a range of issues that must be considered as part of the Feasibility Study.
