RIBA Work Stage A&B
RIBA Work Stage A
This stage involves obtaining and collating all necessary data on the site and establishing the visions and aspirations of the key stakeholders. A number of surveys will be carried out during this stage, relevant data will be obtained from statutory suppliers and Town Planning opportunities and constraints will be investigated using Local and National Planning guidance.
RIBA Work Stage B
During this stage outline schedules of accommodation and masterplans are produced. The consultation is also extended to include the Local Planning Authority (LPA), Highways Authority and other relevant consultees.
The design work undertaken during this stage will address a number of tasks and outcomes required for the Feasibility Study.
