Options Generation

On conclusion of the research and consultation phase the opportunities and constraints should be clearly established to inform the option generation process.

This is an iterative process to appraise numerous solutions so as to arrive on the preferred option. The capital application requires an assessment of minimum of three different options:

• Do minimum
• Preferred Option
• Alternative Viable Option

This exercise is dictated by the overall strategy and vision of the college.
